Account and Data Deletion
Order Manager Business Owners can request permanent deletion of their Business account and the associated tenant data.
Start a deletion request
The secure Order Manager page verifies the Business Owner before any permanent deletion can take place.
How permanent deletion works
- Open the secure Order Manager deletion request page.
- Enter the Owner email address.
- If the account is eligible, a verification email is sent.
- Open the verification link within one hour.
- Review the permanent-deletion warning.
- Explicitly confirm permanent deletion.
- After final confirmation, the Business tenant and associated data are permanently deleted.
Data included in deletion
Final deletion removes the Order Manager Business tenant and its associated records, including:
- Owner, Administrator and Sales Representative accounts
- Device bindings and authentication credentials
- Customers and customer assignments
- Categories and products
- Orders and order items
- Synchronization records
- Activity and audit records
- Other related Order Manager tenant records
